        Try Before You Buy: To ensure our software meets your needs, we provide a Free Version that includes every feature found in the Paid Version. The only difference is that the Free Version adds a watermark to processed documents. This allows you to test the full functionality of our app before making a one time purchase.
    

1. Refund Eligibility

Because the Free Version is identical in functionality to the Paid Version, we expect users to be fully satisfied with the software's performance prior to purchase. However, if you encounter an issue that was not apparent during your trial, you may request a refund within 72 hours of purchase.

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the circumstances and the reason provided, we may offer a full or partial refund. Our goal is to ensure you feel you have received full value for your one-time purchase.

2. Technical Warnings & Security

The Paid Version of the application is downloaded directly from our website. Please be aware of the following:

Some users may receive security warnings from their web browser, Antivirus software, or Windows SmartScreen.
These warnings are common for independent desktop applications and do not indicate a threat to your system.
Security warnings or installation blocks are not considered valid grounds for a refund, as these are external system behaviors and do not reflect the actual functionality or safety of our software.

The email used while purchase.
The invoice copy received from our Merchant of Records Dodo payments.
A detailed explanation of why the software no longer meets your needs despite the initial trial of the Free Version.
