Can redacted text be recovered?

No. Unlike many PDF editors that just overlay a black shape, we re-generate the PDF page, removing the underlying data stream for the selected text.

What else can I do apart from redactions? Does the app provide other tools like a PDF organizer or PDF conversions?

We plan to add various standard PDF tools. Currently, the app supports a PDF organizer (add, delete, merge and rearrange pages) and form-filling, in addition to redaction.
